- Workstations usage is confined through Network, windows login, PC locking.
- Paperless environment: Restricted access to printers.
- No external drive capabilities (CD Drives, Floppy Drives, and USB Ports) are available on workstations.
- Workstations are secured both by Anti-Virus and Firewall Protection.
- Backup is daily taken for servers and team emails.
- We have a Business Continuity Plan.
Physical Security
- Premises are guarded by Security guards.
- The workstation and facilities surveillance is done by CCTV camera (24 x 7) actively.
Employee Credibility
- Employee recruitment is done after a thorough screening of their background and reference checks.
- Employees signature in Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) before induction is mandatory.
- Core information is shared only within selected Team Leaders.
